Clients are expected to consult with a licensed attorney in Wisconsin or Illinois (as appropriate to their matter) for legal advice regarding statutory interpretation, litigation, court filings, or any determination of legal rights and obligations.

Scope of Permitted Services

John Caille L.C. provides non-legal, non-attorney services, including:

Forensic investigation, intelligence analysis, and evidence reconstruction

OSINT/HUMINT-based research and adversarial analysis

Strategic communication and negotiation with third parties

Preparation of factual summaries, correspondence, and documentation for client signature

Due diligence, risk assessment, and operational diagnostics

These services are permitted under the laws of Wisconsin and Illinois, provided they exclude:

Court appearances on behalf of another

Legal advice or legal interpretation

Drafting legal documents that require legal judgment

Any service reserved exclusively to licensed attorneys

All insights, analyses, and recommendations are based on available information and professional methodology. Clients retain full responsibility for decisions made based on such information.

Confidentiality Commitment

All client communications and materials are maintained in strict confidence in accordance with the Agreement.
Information is stored securely and will not be shared without authorization, except when required by law.

Governing Law

Use of this website and any engagement with John Caille L.C. is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, consistent with the governing-law provisions of the Professional Services and Representation Agreement.
For services rendered to Illinois-based clients, the firm adheres to Illinois’ rules regarding non-attorney service providers and unauthorized practice restrictions.
